We founded Albus Studios in 2014 and have since delivered exciting and effective content for our clients. 

Storytelling is at the heart of our work, and our award-winning team have worked with top brands across media, advertising and drama. We provide aerial, on-the-ground and underwater filming services. 

We are experts in aerial film and photography. Our pilots are fully licensed and we hold Operational Authorisation from the CAA.
We fly a variety of drones, including, but not limited to FPV and DJI Inspire 2. 

For on the ground filming, we have a variety of cameras (including a RED Komodo and Sony FS7), grip equipment, audio, and lights, and we can provide a tracking car and driver where necessary. 

We are members of the GTC and our terms, rates and practices are in line with BECTU guidelines.

Albus Studios is insured by Hiscox business insurance and Flock (for drones),
and we can provide insurance details to clients upon request.

Katie White
Company Director

Producer, Camera Op, Drone Op and Account Manager

Katie founded Albus Studios back in 2014, with a strong initial focus on art and film, with her sellout debut exhibition at The Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall, and numerous successful shows


Katie has worked on films for documentary, drama and advertising; in producing, creative ideation, script supervising and coordinating roles.  Film credits include Nightstand (exec. produced by Stephen Fry), 'Faceless Paintings' and Detatch


Nominated for the PPA 30 under 30 New Talent Award in 2019, Katie has delivered award winning projects such as the Hyundai campaign with Dennis Publishing.

James Hollins
Company Director
Filmmaker, Drone Pilot & Editor

James has a wealth of film experience in both commercial and editorial; directing and editing films across the globe.

His film and photographic experience span automotive, technology, sport, tourism and astrophotography among many other subjects.


James specialises in aerial and time-lapse videography. His time-lapse work received global recognition from the likes of CBS News

and was screened at the National Association of Broadcasters 

show in Las Vegas.


In 2019, James's work was nominated for Best Journalism Film at the International Motor Film Awards for the Ford GT review with evo Magazine that he directed, shot and edited. Additionally, James worked alongside Katie, directing and shooting the award-winning Hyundai films.
